What this service is

Aluma organizes the information you provide into structured evidence mapped to official diagnostic criteria. Aluma does not diagnose; a formal diagnosis must be made by a qualified healthcare professional.

Eligibility

Ages 8-80. Minors (8-17) participate through a parent/guardian account.

Results & refund

You complete your assessment after payment and receive your structured, evidence-linked report. Aluma organizes the evidence, it does not diagnose. If a technical problem stops you from completing your assessment, you receive a full refund. Payments are processed by Polar.

Not for emergencies

The service does not provide real-time or emergency help. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services or a crisis line (Israel: ERAN 1201; US: 988).

Acceptable use

Provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and only upload content you have the right to share.
